Package

• Salary £27,000–£30,000
• Hybrid working (3 days Newbury / 2 from home)
• 10% annual bonus

The Role

• Manage CRM systems and support system optimisation
• Deliver commercial reporting and performance insight
• Support sales pipeline tracking and campaign analysis
• Work cross-functionally across commercial teams
• Contribute to business planning and performance tracking
• Opportunity to be mentored and developed by a highly experienced FMCG leader

About You

• Graduate with a strong analytical mindset
• Previous experience using Salesforce is essential
• Advanced Excel and data handling capability
• Comfortable working with complex datasets
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Interest in FMCG or commercial strategy
• Previous experience with Salesforce is an advantage
