Occupational Health Physician – Private Healthcare (Corporate Caseloads)

Location: London and Home Counties.

Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week)

Working Pattern: Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only.

Role Type: Permanent, Salaried

Salary: Up to £120,000 FTE (depending on experience)

What you’ll do:

  • Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed the client's occupational health services
  • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, integrating an occupational health offering within client organisations
  • Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
  • Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‑quality service delivery
  • Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‑ups (30 minutes)
  • Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‑making
  • Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support
