What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter across key platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong architectural mindset
  • Take ownership of your work, from planning through to delivery
  • Contribute to technical discussions and help shape engineering best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers through hands-on support and knowledge sharing
  • Work alongside designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience



Main Skills Needed:


  • Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
  • Background in native mobile development (iOS/Android) or similar strongly typed languages
  • Solid understanding of mobile architectures (e.g. MVVM, MVP)
  • Experience building scalable, testable applications with clean design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with UI development, design systems, and tools like Figma
  • Good knowledge of testing approaches (unit, integration, UI testing)
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and modern development practices
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of mobile security, APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning
