Principal Mechanical Engineer | Permanent | Oxford - Hybrid | up to £70,000
PT Renewables is partnered with a 60+ person practice with offices across the UK.
They're looking for a experienced Mechanical Engineer with a background in building services to lead on a variety of projects.

The Role
- Leading mechanical design projects end-to-end - from initial survey and feasibility through to design, spec, site supervision and handover.
- Being the senior voice on mechanical services - managing workflows, holding QA standards, and making sure the detail is right.
- Bringing junior engineers on - mentoring, training, and helping the team grow around you.
- Getting involved in the business side - bidding, fee proposals and project financials as you settle in and progress.
About you
- Degree in a relevant engineering subject
- 3-5+ years in building services design
- Confident with mechanical design software and AutoCAD & Revit
- Exposure to sustainability or low-energy design
Package
- Starting salary up to £55,000 - with fast-track progression opportunities
