Product Engineer - TWE45253

twentyAI is looking for a Product Engineer - TWE45253

Job description

The Company:

Join a fast-growing, VC-backed startup on a mission to modernise workflows for the global consulting industry. Backed by leading founders and investors, this organisation is dedicated to building next-generation AI tools that empower consultants by automating manual, repetitive tasks and enabling more meaningful work.

What you'll do:

As a Founding Product Engineer, you’ll help shape the foundation of groundbreaking AI products for consulting professionals. You’ll take ownership of key systems, moving beyond basic chat-bot experiences to create powerful, enterprise-ready workflows and user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering multi-step AI-driven workflows and user experiences.
  • Owning end-to-end product features across the full technology stack.
  • Turning complex consulting challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client advisors and industry veterans.
  • Driving the product vision and making impactful product decisions in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Product or Full-Stack Engineer with the ability to quickly turn problem statements into working prototypes.
  • Background in the consulting industry, either as a consultant or by supporting consulting teams in a technical capacity.
  • Strong technical proficiency in NextJS, TypeScript, and LLM frameworks (e.g., Pydantic, LangGraph).
  • Comfortable working with Python and familiar with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Modal).
  • Ability to create intuitive, polished user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
  • Value fast iteration and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Above-market compensation and significant founding-level equity – truly own your impact and future.
  • Work alongside a talented peer group from top consulting firms and AI research backgrounds.
  • High trust environment with minimal bureaucracy—focus on building, not meetings.
  • Opportunity to shape the product direction and culture from day one.
  • Be part of a well-funded early-stage company with a strong industry network and expert backing.
