Full time Support Worker - Kirby Cross

Location:Kirby Cross, Essex

Salary:£14 per hour

Job Type:Full time, Permanent / Contract

Hours:37.5 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Kirby Cross area.

This role involves assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the day. This gentleman enjoys being out in the community, particularly swimming, cycling and walking. You will work 7.5-hour shifts from 07:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00 5 days a week, which includes working every other weekend.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience withtrauma-informed careis essential
• Experience supporting people withautismis essential
• Calm, patient and understanding approach
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
• Full UK driving licence
