  • Technical Support Technician: £23,000 – £27,000
  • Entry Level IT Technician: £22,000 – £25,000
  • Helpdesk Analyst: £18,000 – £25,000

  • Be aged 19 or over
  • Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194 (West Midlands)

  • Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsorship visa, or as a dependent of someone who is
