This is a high-impact role where youll combine trend awareness, commercial instinct and relationship-building skills to help drive product growth across international sourcing markets.

What Youll Be Doing

• Identifying new sales and product opportunities across childrenswear
• Analysing market trends and customer demand to support growth strategies
• Collaborating with product and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life
• Presenting and selling product concepts confidently to key stakeholders
• Supporting negotiations, critical path management and supplier coordination
• Travelling internationally for customer meetings and market visits

What Were Looking For

• Background inBuying, Merchandising, Sourcing or Product Development
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Passion for product and fashion trends
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
• Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
