What You'll Be Doing
Support the Customer Operations team by planning and tracking resources, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Use data to make smart decisions, plan resources and keep services running smoothly.
Create reports and share insights to support business decisions.
Communicate with colleagues across teams to understand staffing needs.
Spot issues with workforce tools or processes and raise them for quick resolution.
Work with the Workforce Manager to plan and track resources across the team.
Support the team in responding to day‐to‐day changes, such as unplanned absences.
Build and maintain professional relationships through effective communication with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
Qualifications
Genuine interest in data, planning and business operations.
Logical thinking, problem‐solving skills and the ability to spot opportunities for improvement.
Commitment to completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (18 months).
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4–9 or equivalent) or Scottish National 5 certificates (Grades A–C) – bring certificates to interview.
