OverviewThe Entertainer is opening a brand-new shop in Junction 32 Shopping Village, Castleford.

What your responsibilities will include

Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and actively push your add‐ons by engaging effectively with customers.

Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store and keep up with the maintenance of stockroom areas.

Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Contracts available for this store

20 Hour contracts , typically working 4‐hour shifts over 5 days a week.

12 Hour contracts , typically working 4‐hour shifts over 3 days a week.

Weekend Sales Assistants , typically working 10 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays.

Our stores are open 7 days a week and, depending on the trading hours of the store you're applying for, having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate is key. You must be able to work the shift patterns above for the role that suits you best. This may include working hours at any time of the day, and extra hours should they be available – perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.

Key information about this role16‐20 year olds – £11.15 per hour.

21‐year‐old plus – £12.71 per hour.
