We'll support you with the tools, training, and encouragement to reach your full potential, while celebrating your individuality and the difference you make every day.As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest in our people and our services, celebrating individuality and helping you thrive both personally and professionally.Your roleLeading a team of Care and Support AssistantsWorking closely with staff to provide personal care and support to our customersSafe handling of medicationBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal and external customersPromoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments as appropriateManaging and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customersRecent experience of working in a similar role is essentialPrevious experience supervising a teamPersonalised approach to care and support, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive relationships with people from varied backgroundsEnthusiastic and flexible with a strong "can-do" attitudeStrong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracyNVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towardsUnderstanding of relevant legislation and best practiceDue to the sensitive needs of our customers, we can only consider female applicants.
