Job Summary Meloosha Homecare Falkirk is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to provide essential support to patients in home care settings. Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support

Implement care plans tailored to individual needs

Monitor and record patient progress, reporting changes to healthcare team

Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety regulations

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Use IT systems for documentation and communication

Candidate RequirementsEssential:

Strong communication skills in English

Basic IT skills for record keeping and care management software

Valid UK driving license (required for travel between care locations)

Must reside in Falkirk

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Previous experience in care home or home care settings

Experience supporting patients with autism

Female candidates preferred due to client needs
