Internship Responsibilities & Learning:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on multiple platforms.

Gain knowledge of recruitment software and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Learn sourcing strategies from LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms.
Participate in recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
Assist in reference checks and background verification.
Understand employer branding and social media recruitment.
Draft offer letters and assist in onboarding processes.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to define hiring needs.
Learn negotiation and communication skills with candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
Observe and assist in behavioral and technical interview rounds.
Gain insights into labor laws and UK recruitment policies.
Understand diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring practices.
