Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Help manage employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in HR policy implementation and compliance checks.
Assist in planning training and development sessions.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
Help prepare HR reports and metrics dashboards.
Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems.
Learn about employment laws and regulations in the UK.
Shadow HR professionals in employee relations tasks.
Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.
Assist with internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
Contribute ideas for talent acquisition strategies.
