Luxury Brand Retail Division

A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to join a luxury brand within the world-renowned shopping destination of Bicester Village as a Sales Assistant. Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase.

A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering £25,000-£27,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:

Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Head Office.

Meet and greet all customers.

Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care.

Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling.

Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product.

Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained.

Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available.

Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish.

Create a portfolio of clients and maintain an engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.

Provide outstanding customer service.

Have experience working in Luxury Retail.

Have a passion and interest in learning about the brand and all products.

Be flexible with the hours worked.

Work well as a team and operate smoothly under pressure.
