Role DescriptionThis is an EXPERIENCED, PART-TIME, on-site role for a PROPERTY MANAGER based in STOURBRIDGE. Hours flexible, by negotiation. Would suit working parent.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.

Ensuring properties meet legal and safety standards.

Coordinating inspections and follow-up maintenance and repairs.

The Property Manager will liaise with clients to deliver top-notch customer service and foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

Strong organisation, problem-solving, and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and client interactions

Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with property legislation

Experience in residential lettings/property management

Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset

A valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle are beneficial

Understanding of the local property market in the West Midlands is an advantage.
