The RoleWorking closely with senior leadership, you will ensure seamless coordination across international markets, supporting strategic priorities and managing complex schedules across multiple time zones.
This role requires discretion, intellectual sharpness, adaptability and strong organisational judgement.
Key Responsibilities
Managing complex international diaries and shifting priorities
Coordinating global travel, itineraries and logistics
Acting as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Preparing briefings, reports and meeting materials
Supporting cross-border communication and time-sensitive matters
Handling confidential information with professionalism
Assisting with ad hoc strategic initiatives
Ideal Profile
Educated to degree level, with a strong academic track record
Demonstrates rigorous analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity
Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in fashion and international retail
Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Exercises sound judgement and discretion, with the ability to work independently
Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to translate accurately in business settings
