OverviewCare Assistant - Location: Chesterfield & NE Derbyshire. Salary: £12.91 - £19.37 per annum. Flexible shift patterns. Full induction and ongoing expert training.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs

Assist with personal care (e.g. Bathing, dressing, grooming)

Help with meal preparation, cooking and nutrition

Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal

Carry out light household chores such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning

Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for the customers you care for

Shift patterns: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00

Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care

Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

Ability to follow care plans

Previous care experience is beneficial but not required as full training will be provided
