It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.Responsibilities Updating the sample tracker throughout the collection's development for either the footwear or design teamsOrganising and maintaining the design floor, sample storage, material and trim librariesFiling and historic design development record keeping – accurate and concise in approachAssist with show room set up and take down for meetings and presentationsMonitor competitors, research and provide feedback on current market trends, e.g., seasonal runway research to identify trends, report findings to the design teamLiaising with other departments on behalf of the design department as required (working closely with buying team, wholesale, and license as well as the post room)Attend and take notes during product selection and retail collection sign off meetingsQualifications Hard-working, proactive, and self-motivatedPassionate about fashion with a strong interest in and keen eye for current and upcoming trendsAble to work in a fast-paced design studio environmentHighly organised with good attention to detailExcellent at building relationshipsBasic Excel skills ideal but not compulsoryAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills ideal but not compulsoryAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadNo prior job experience necessaryBenefits Competitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours - 3pm Friday FinishHalf Day, Pay Day Friday (once per month)RetailTrust supportAnd so much more!Our Culture We're an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
