We're hiring for a Pensions Customer Services Executive to support our growing Customer Services team!

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated Pensions Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic Customer Services team. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of Customer Service for pension administration to NFP clients and for following and updating administrative procedures and processes. The role includes training new and existing employees, working with Consultants and Team Leaders to oversee implementations and remedial work.

Using These Skills, You'll BeEfficiently process all duties expected of a Pension AdministratorResponsible for the administration of clients' group pensionsLiaising between pension providers, The Pensions Regulator and employer/employee and client advisersAnswering employer/employee queries via telephone or written communicationOverseeing outstanding work ensuring clients are aware and understand requirements and consequencesEnsuring that all client history (at both employer and employee level) is fully documentedMaintaining records and complying with regular auditsKeeping up to date with developments and remaining current with the industry, specifically changes in legislation, competitors and clientsSupporting the training and development of peers by providing information, demonstrations and general support and coaching when requestedArranging calls with clients to ensure their process understanding matches the required processIdentifying and addressing errors within client processes, highlighting to management accordinglyArranging and conducting conference calls and meetings with clients as required
