Working with the award-winning Ishgaskincare range, you will provide high-quality, results-driven treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or equivalent)

Previousexperience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon preferred

Experience with or interest in organic skincare and holistic therapies (Ishgatraining provided)

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and well-presented

Flexible and reliable, including weekend and holiday availability

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of professional treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, facials, and body treatments using Ishgaproducts

Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs

Provide exceptional customer service and guest care

Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products

Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures

Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Reporting LineReports to: Head of Activities & Leisure Works closely with: Spa Team and Leisure Team
