You'll rotate across teams, work on real projects, and build skills that make a difference.Business Graduate Programme – SP Energy NetworksRelevant Degree: 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (Business, Management STEM or similar). As a Business Graduate, you'll rotate across teams like strategy, revenue reporting, risk, and regulatory affairs—building experience and insight into how the energy industry works.What you'll be doing Team Rotations – Explore different departments and discover where your strengths lie.Projects – Work on live challenges like market research, data analysis, and process improvements.Networking – Connect with colleagues across the UK, Spain, and the USA.Hybrid Working – Mix office and site-based experience, with more flexibility as you progress.Economics Graduate Programme – SP Energy Networks Relevant Degree: 2.2 Economics, Accountancy or Maths. This programme gives you a real-world understanding of how economics drives decision-making in the energy sector.
