Description:Santova is looking for a graduate with minimal work experience to enlist with the Group's Graduate Program. There is opportunity for growth within the company as the purpose of the program is to prepare carefully selected individuals for strategic placement within the Group in the future. The program will facilitate practical hands-on experience as well as in-depth exposure to all facets of logistics and supply chain.Responsibilities:Exposure to all facets of the logistics industry, including imports/exports, clearing, forwarding and warehousingInformation systems, business intelligence, data analysis and client report writingProfessional client engagement offering comprehensive and tailor-made business solutionsParticipation in developing new solutions within the overall Santova Group globallyAbilities/ Attributes:Strong leadership attributes
Driven by personal growth and desire to achieveGood interpersonal communication skillsProblem solving skills, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, strong ability to work independentlyIT literate - Microsoft office excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft office PowerPoint, Internet Usage etc.Requirements:A 3/4 year university degree which includes a subject on financeNo more than two year's full time working experienceMust be willing to relocate within the UK during the course of the program
