Job Title: Junior Compliance Officer

Location: Belfast - Northern Ireland (with flexible / hybrid working options)

Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent – multiple positions open

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join our team and help us maintain high standards across our services in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting quality, safety, and best practice, working in line with RQIA and other regulatory body regulations.

What You'll Do

Help ensure we meet all RQIA regulations and NMC standards .

Keep our policies, procedures, and records clear, accurate, and up to date.

Support internal audits, external inspections, and staff training compliance.

Manage key admin tasks, including registration checks and documentation.

Work closely with our teams to promote a positive culture of compliance and care.

What We're Looking For

Experience in compliance, admin, or quality (especially in healthcare or social care) is desirable.

A good understanding of RQIA and NMC expectations is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail, great organisation skills, and a proactive attitude.

Confident with IT systems and document management.
