Kickstart- Admin Assistant

Job description

Overview The admin assistant will work alongside the operations manager and assist with inbound customer enquiries, provide live updates to customers as well as assist with Customer feedback, collect service reviews on completion of jobs from customers. You will also get to learn and experience how operations in a busy courier office are managed.
