Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice, working on luxury residential projects and collaborating with SME housebuilders and developers.As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in the production of technical drawings and detailed design packages, supporting the architectural team across various project stages.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings for planning and construction.Assisting in the production of CAD models, layouts, and design documents.Collaborating with architects, SME housebuilders, and developers to ensure seamless project delivery.Ensuring all drawings comply with current UK building regulations and industry standards.Your qualifications will include:Proven experience as a CAD Technician in an architectural or construction setting.Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), with experience in Revit being advantageous.Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing.Experience working on residential developments, particularly with SME housebuilders and developers.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function DesignIndustries Architecture and Planning and Construction
