As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and personable Sales Advisor to join our close-knit, professional team.What You'll DoConduct on-site consultations and technical surveys with prospective clientsUnderstand client needs and advise on suitable gate automation solutionsPrepare accurate, detailed quotations using internal systemsCoordinate orders, materials, and communicate progress to customersAssist with project management from sale to installationAttend networking events such as BNI to generate leadsManage in-house leads and proactively source new opportunitiesKeep project details organised in our internal CRMYou're Right for This Role If You:Are a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamBuild trust through clear, friendly, and professional communicationHave at least 1 year of experience in technical salesHave industry knowledge of gate automation or groundworks (essential)Have a basic understanding of automation systems or are eager to build on your knowledgeAre confident in high-end/premium product salesAre well-organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesHave a keen eye for technical detail and accuracyHave experience in installation or engineering and want to transition into sales (ideal for ex-engineers)What We OfferCompetitive salary with uncapped commissionCompany vehicle and fuel card (for work use)Company mobile and laptop28 days annual leave including Bank HolidaysBirthday day offOn-site parkingFull product and system trainingSupportive, ambitious team cultureReal opportunities for career progression in a growing businessWork Location: In-person at our Ashford, Kent office, with regular travel for site visits across Kent and South/South East LondonExperience Required:Minimum 1 year technical sales experienceIndustry knowledge in gate automation or groundworks is essentialIf you're passionate about customer service, technically minded, and excited to be part of a growing business delivering top-quality projects — we want to hear from you.
