Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.Seasonal: Until 11 July 2026Rota: Alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:00-18:00 with alternate weekends Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-17:00Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistanceHandling customer queries courteously and efficientlyIdentifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate actionExcellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelinesTo be successful in this role, we are looking for people: Good friendly mannerGood interpersonal skillsWilling to learnSquire's is a family-owned group of 17 garden centres based in Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex, and Berkshire.
