Position DetailsReporting to: Field Sales Manager

Location: Macclesfield, North Central

Hours: Full‐time, 37.5 hours per week

Job OverviewAs a Field Sales Executive, you will focus on door‐to‐door sales, creating and nurturing your own lead pipeline and converting prospects into customers. You will work closely with your manager and represent the YouFibre brand to local residents.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: £25 000 – £28 000 per year

Uncapped monthly commission (realistic OTE £50 000)

£250 monthly car allowance

Business travel paid

£50 phone allowance or company‐issued phone

Requirements

Located within a 30‐minute drive of the field region

Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Valid right to work in the UK

Passionate about customer service

Motivated to succeed individually and as part of a team

Excellent communicator, enthusiastic and positive attitude

No industry experience required – full training provided

TrainingFull induction and ongoing training will be provided, equipping you with all the skills needed for success.
