Trainee Graphic Designer

Job description

Closing Date: 2026-04-08

Location: Swadlincote

Salary: Competitive

Type: Permanent - Full Time

At Bloor Homes we believe it's the way we put our new homes together that sets us apart. The emphasis is on attention to detail - quality of design, choice of materials and our insistence on traditional construction skills are at the heart of our homes. Our sales and marketing literature and visual materials are often the first contact we have with customers, so the work of our Graphic Designers is crucial in creating the right impression. We need people who are creative, dynamic and passionate about producing stunning work.

The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity will be qualified at AS/A2 level (or equivalent), preferably with further evidence of art & design skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, will be an advantage.

You must be an enthusiastic person who can work alone but also as part of a team, and who is well organised and willing to learn. You will need good communications and teamworking skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment. In return you can be sure of a good remuneration package, and support while you develop and enhance an exciting and rewarding career.

At Bloor Homes you'll be part of a business that will value you, your contribution and your ideas. Join us and make every day a rewarding one.
