The Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective customers and generating high-quality leads for solar energy solutions. This is a target-driven position requiring confidence, resilience, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
• Introducing and promoting solar energy solutions
• Identifying customer needs and qualifying leads
• Booking appointments for the field sales team
• Managing and updating customer information accurately
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Delivering a professional and engaging customer experience

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a call centre environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude
• Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is advantageous
