Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Assist in the development and delivery of motivational and engaging educational activities.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters inclusivity and respect.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and patient approach to student support.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs education are preferred.
