Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in a specialist setting?

A highly regarded special school in the Warrington area is looking to recruit Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. These roles are primarily 1:1 positions, supporting students who require consistent, tailored support throughout the school day.

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting students with SEN, including complex needs
• Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
• Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
• Creating a supportive, structured learning environment

• Experience working with SEN or additional needs
• Background as a:
  • Teaching Assistant
  • Support Worker
  • Care Worker
• A patient, calm and consistent approach
• Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

• £92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella deductions
• Full-time, long-term roles
• Opportunity for permanent or fixed-term placements
• Term-time only working pattern
• Support from a dedicated consultant
