Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of schools in the Doncaster area.

This is a great opportunity for an SEN professional who is looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact across a range of school settings.

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Work across multiple schools within the trust, adapting to different classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 support and deliver small group interventions
• Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupil progress

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
