We’re working with a lovely primary school in LS13 looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 pupil on a 1:1 basis. You’ll be that steady presence in their day, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.
What your day might look like:
- Supporting a Year 1 pupil with additional needs
- Helping them stay engaged with learning and routines
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Creating a calm, positive environment where they can thrive

- Experience supporting children with SEN (school or care background)
- A patient, kind, and consistent approach
- Someone who celebrates the small wins, because they matter
