7.5 TonneDriver -Guaranteed HGV Work EVERY Week.

HireGiant is currently looking for a 7.5 ton Driver to work with our client based Nr Juction 15a M1 South, Northampton (NN4 Postcode). This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position! Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent

Work will be either Local C&D work or multidrop deliveries in the local area. You will need to ensure high customer service and be ready to handball should the customer require. Time to time you may have to do an emergency store run to collect over stock or complete low stock replenishment.

The Role:

As a 7.5TDriver, you will be:

• Trunking runs using a LGV curtain or box trailer vehicle
• Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
• Completing HGV vehicle checks
• Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
• Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
• Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 9-11 hours

Requirements:

• Cat C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence entitlement
• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest

Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):

Monday to Friday shift pattern - 06:00-07:00 Start

Shift Length - 10-12 hours

£15.75 - £19.75 per hour (Monday to Friday)
