We arePHS Directare looking for apolite,reliableperson to come and join ourfriendly sales team. To be successful here, consider these questions:
- Do you have Telesales experience in consumables?
- Are you good at building rapport?
- Are you great at listening, establishing needs and asking questions to provide the right solution?
- Have you got experience of selling consumable goods?
- Are you organised and good at closing sales?
Most important for us is someone with honesty, integrity, and a positive can-do attitude. If you are reliable, determined, and have a great sales background, we would be delighted to meet you.
Your role as Telesales Account Manager with us at PHS Direct:
- Taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of historical accounts that order consumables including chemicals and ancillaries.
- Responsible for managing customers day to day requirements as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sales opportunities and current promotions.
- Retaining or increasing margin in line with business requirements.
- You will be required to increase average order value, margins and order quantities within PHS Direct data base.
- Build excellent relationships with your customers.
- Understanding their requirements.
- You will be responsible for overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and is happy with our service.
- A guaranteed base salary of £26,000.00 OTE £38,000.00
