Pay Scale: £90.00 - £105.00 per day

Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Support Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in education?
Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs or a passion for helping pupils succeed?

A welcoming Specialist School in Newbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The successful SEN Support Assistant will work closely with pupils who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties.

This SEN Support Assistant role will involve:
* Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils
* Supporting small group learning activities
* Encouraging emotional and social development
* Creating a safe and inclusive environment
* Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists
* ASAP start with excellent transport links

The ideal SEN Support Assistant will have previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals. A strong understanding of SEN strategies would be beneficial.
