Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a telemarketer to work in our office on Doddington Road, Lincoln.

Your Job

Simpler Law is looking for a telemarketing specialist to join our team in Lincoln typically working the hours between 9am and 5:30pm. Your role will be to conduct outbound calls to clients who have enquired about our services and establish a relationship.

We receive over 120 referrals a day so there is no cold calling required with this role but you will be contacting these referrals to match them with the best service for them and closing with passion where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a voice of the Simpler Law brand and maintain our proud level of service

Maintain accurate records of client calls

Dealing with new clients and ensuring great customer service at all times

Promoting our products to clients and matching them to the best service
