SEN Support Role
- Job Type: Full-time (Temporary to Permanent)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) support role. This full-time position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Interviews will be conducted over the next few weeks.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supporting students with additional needs in a classroom setting.
- Assisting with learning activities to help pupils engage and progress.
- Working closely with teaching staff to provide a consistent and supportive environment.
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing among students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
- A valid driving licence.
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, proactive, and caring approach is crucial.
