As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to support pupils throughout the school day. Your role may include:

• Supporting children with learning activities in the classroom
• Working one-to-one or with small groups
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Offering encouragement, reassurance and guidance
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines

• A positive, patient and caring approach
• A genuine interest in working with children
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Teaching Assistant or childcare experience preferred but not essential
