The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers to help create a positive learning environment where children feel supported, engaged and motivated to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting learning activities across the primary age range
• Working with small groups and individual pupils
• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and daily routines
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Helping pupils build confidence and independence
• Creating a calm, supportive and inclusive environment for all learners
