A leading international construction consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their London team, supporting the delivery of projects across public sector, healthcare, and hotel sectors. This Assistant Project Manager role is ideal for a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, or an early-stage Project Manager seeking greater responsibility within a high-performing environment.

This Assistant Project Manager opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working, along with the chance to work on varied and complex schemes. The Assistant Project Manager will be expected to take ownership of tasks and contribute proactively to project delivery, with minimal hand-holding. This Assistant Project Manager role also includes opportunities for occasional travel across Europe.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, assisting with programme management, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior team members while taking responsibility for key project tasks.

The Assistant Project Manager will contribute to reporting, risk management, and client liaison across a range of sectors including healthcare, public sector, and hotels. This Assistant Project Manager role offers excellent exposure and development opportunities.

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have prior experience within a construction consultancy and be looking to progress their career. The Assistant Project Manager should hold a relevant degree and be working towards a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or CIOB.

A full UK driving licence is required, along with a willingness to travel as needed, including occasional European travel. The Assistant Project Manager must be proactive, organised, and capable of working with a degree of autonomy.
