Apprenticeship Administrator

Job description

Datalaw is a legal training and education provider based in the heart of Liverpool. As part of our growth, we are looking for an apprenticeship support co-ordinator to working closely with apprentices, legal professionals and colleagues across England.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting face to face meetings with apprentices and their employers

Undertaking initial assessments and interviews

Reviewing and signing off relevant documentation

Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship regulations, funding, and procedures throughout the training cycle.

Quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Building relationships with team members, learners and employers.

Managing a busy workload, diaries and general administrative tasks.

What we are looking for

Understanding of apprenticeship processes, funding rules, regulations and procedures

Excellent communication, happy to build a quick rapport with a range of people

Good IT skills in particular Teams and Microsoft Office

Strong administrative skills and organisational skills.

Being able to juggle a variety of task, diaries and deadlines.

Working hours

Full time, office based role.

Working hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
