The role - Learning Support Assistant

A supportive mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional academic support, including those with SEN. You will provide one-to-one and small group assistance, help adapt learning materials, and support students both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young people succeed. Previous experience in a school or similar setting is desirable.
