Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children’s learning and development? We’re seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals (Level 2 or above) to join a range of vibrant and inclusive schools across Birmingham.
About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress.
Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a school setting is a necessity. A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
