The Role- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for children with additional needs, helping them access learning while nurturing their social and emotional development
- Support and deliver learning activities in line with the overall teaching plan
- Safely undertake moving and handling procedures with designated students
- Be actively involved in all aspects of school life
- Demonstrate a self-motivated, solutions-focused approach, maintaining a positive outlook and contributing effectively as part of a team
