Salary: £28,500 £31,000 per annum inclusive of sleep-ins
Location: Central Hove, East Sussex
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shifts: Varied (including occasional sleep-ins)
No driving licence required

Whats on Offer:

Role Overview:

• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people

• Support with daily routines, education, activities, and emotional wellbeing

• Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment

• Follow individual care plans and contribute to progress reviews

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including occasional sleep-ins

• Must be able to commute tocentral Hove (BN3)
