Part 2 Architectural AssistantLocation: CardiffSalary: £27-30,000

A well established architectural practice in Cardiff is looking to appoint a skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support its growing team. This position is ideal for someone with solid practice experience who wants to broaden their exposure across a wider mix of projects within a collaborative studio environment. The practice works across a diverse portfolio including residential, food retail, and leisure schemes, offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of engaging projects.

Requirements

* Part 2 qualified with some industry experience preferred* Masters degree in Architecture* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes* Proficient in Revit* Good technical and detailing skills with a strong design awareness* Excellent organisation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting in project delivery across all RIBA stages* Producing high quality drawings and technical information* Supporting compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements* Coordinating with consultants and wider project teams* Contributing to projects across residential, retail, industrial, and veterinary sectors
