SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED – PLYMOUTH Location: Plymouth Pay Rate: £15.34 per hour Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday–Friday with some weekend work We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a Complex Needs Service supporting Adults and Families in Plymouth. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping vulnerable individuals promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery.Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with tenancy management and daily living skills
• Encouraging budgeting, wellbeing, and social inclusion
• Delivering person-centred support plans
• Promoting independence and positive outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and risk assessments
• Working alongside partner agencies and support services

Essential Requirements: Experience supporting vulnerable people or individuals with complex needs Ability to build professional relationships and maintain boundaries Confident lone worker and team player Good literacy and numeracy skills Understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity Flexible approach to working hoursDesirable:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or related field
• Previous housing support experience
• Knowledge of benefits, employment, or support pathways
